Breakfast is exactly the same every day...might introduce some variation in day-to-day breakfast menu.

Air conditioning in room was hard to control and adjust. Despite the setup at 22C, the room kept cooling further down, so I had to switch a/c off in the middle of the night, every night.

I have used this hotel for sight seeing of kyoto. This hotel is located in ohtsu city but ohtsu city very close to kyoto (just 10min by train) I was very satisfied with very quite Loaction, clean room, reasonable price and free breakfast.
